An Import process and .csv file can be used to import constituent revenue into the database. When importing revenue for a married constituent, and the relationship is deleted prior to committing the batch, the error results.
This error can occur if a spouse is brought into batch and that spouse is then removed (before the batch is committed). As a workaround, the row will need to be deleted and re-entered on a new row.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to Administration functional area
Select Generate import header file and populate with Finder number, Date, Revenue type, Payment type, Application, Designation, New/edit constituent Last\org\group\household name, New/edit constituent First name, and save the file
Go to Administration
Select Revenue>Enhanced revenue batch
Enter a Name
Import the file from above
Go to Map fields tab
On the "New/edit constituent" collection field select Map collection field
Start process (after import processes, do not commit batch yet)
Go to the constituent record
Select Remove spouse and enter whatever information
