When trying to reschedule a ticket you may encounter this error message:
Data could not be saved. The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint FK_CREDITITEM_EXT_SALESORDERITEMID;. The conflict occurred in database XXXX, table dbo.CREDITITEM_EXT, column 'SALESORDERITEMID'.

Steps to Duplicate
Click Sales > reschedule tickets
Enter your order number in the text box
Under Items to reschedule click the drop down arrow in the new date and time column
Choose a new date
After you click complete the error message will display
