Enable query for CMS REST API doesn't save if 'Save and close' is chosen

When attempting to save and close a query with the CMS REST API checkbox marked, the checkbox Value does not properly Save.
Alternative Solution: Click 'Save' to save the check box value properly, then the Query can be closed.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Analysis\Information Library
  2. Choose 'Add an ad-hoc query'
  3. Set the Record type as 'Constituents' and add some output fields
  4. Go to 'Set save options' tab
  5. Enter name and turn on the check box 'Enable query for CMS REST API'
  6. Click 'Save and Close'. 
  7. Click 'Yes' at the prompt that the query is enabled for CMS REST API.
  8. Edit the query again and note that the check box is not turned on
