Error: Unable to save batch row N. Verify that the field BBNCID is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid. When downloading BBIS Signup Request transaction in CRM

When attempting to submit a Sponsorship Transaction to Sponsor a Child, the Payment 2.0 part is setup to require Login / Registration in BBIS before the Constituent can Check out. After successfully registering / logging into BBIS and processing the Payment, the Signup Request transaction is unable to be downloaded/committed in CRM.

The following error is received for the Signup Request in the Failed Transactions tab:

Could not download transaction with ID "NNN". The error was:
Unable to save batch row N.  Verify that the field BBNCID is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Access a Sponsorship Search part in BBIS
  2. Search for and select a Child to Sponsor, click the "Click here to sponsor" link
  3. On the Sponsorship form, fill out the required items, click Next to proceed to Payment page
  4. Review your cart and click Continue
  5. On the Payment 2.0 page, you will be asked to Login or Register as a new user, click New user registration
  6. Fill out all required items on the form, click Submit
  7. Click Check out
  8. Fill out all required fields and submit the Payment
  9. Note that the New User registration and Payment submit/process successfully
  10. In CRM, go to Web > Manage Web Transactions
  11. Attempt to download the new registration/sign-up
  12. Note that it is downloaded to the Failed Transactions tab with the following error:
