OData does not work in Office 10

When adding OData to an Office 10 Excel Spreadsheet, the output does not download. The output appears on 1 line that is called Blackbaud, has a revenue ID of Blackbaud Query, and system record Id of 000000..., and record id of 0000.....
Upgrade to Office 2013 or higher to resolve. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Analysis > Information Library > Search the query you would like to download.
2. Click the 2 down arrows to the left of the Query name > Select get OData link > Copy the link.
3. Open Microsoft excel and follow the following steps to download the OData into Excel. From the PowerPivot ribbon, click PowerPivot Window.
  1. On the PowerPivot screen, click From Data Feeds under Get External Data.
  2. In the Friendly connection name field, enter a descriptive name for your data feed, such as "Blackbaud CRM."
  3. In the Data feed URL field, paste the URL you got from your query in Altru.
  4. Click Advanced. On this screen, enter your Altru user name and password
  5. Change your Integrated Security field from SSPI to Basic
  6. Change the Persist Security Info field from False to True
  7. Click Test Connection
  8. Click Next, and select ODataQuery.ashx as the source table.
  9. Click Finish.
  10. Once the import is complete, click Close.
4. You will now see that you only have 1 line of data with no useful information.
