How to change the confirmation email template and/or sender for a custom eCommerce Page

You are able to change the Confirmation Email Template that is sent out to Constituents after they submit their information to a hosted eCommerce page. You need to make sure that you have a Communication Template created that you would like to utilize with the eCommerce page. Please see How To Create a Communications Template if you need assistance creating a template.

 
Once you have created the Communication template, follow the steps below to change the template that is used with a particular eCommerce site.
  1. Login to eTapestry
  2. Click Management
  3. Click My Organization
  4. Click on the link for eCommerce 
  5. Below the Confirmation Email Addresses heading, fill in the email address that should be listed as the sender in the field that reads "From which email address should the donor's confirmation email appear to come?"
  6. Scroll below the Confirmation Email Contents area until you see the blue link of the name of the page you like to alter (e.g. donate.html)
  7. From the Email Drop Down menu, select the Email template that you created
  8. Scroll up to the top of the page and click Save
