I cannot add HTML links but other users can

When trying to add html links (or hyperlinks) to web form descriptions, letters, and other areas of Altru the link does not work. Other users in your organization may be able to add the link with no issues. This occurs when you are using Internet Explorer.
To successfully add the html link we will want to use a browser other than Internet Explorer, such as Google Chrome.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in to Altru
  2. Go to a program event > select the web forms tab > Select Assign custom description or Edit
  3. Highlight the text you would like to hyperlink > click the hyperlink button at the top of the screen
  4. Add the link url, specify the target, add the title

Environment
