While looking up a constituent in a Blackbaud Internet Solutions (BBIS) Event Registration Batch, the search box is automatically populated with the constituent name. Address information (city, state, street address) is not populated.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release
Alternative Solution: Review transaction details in batch to note the address infomation for the transaction
Steps to Duplicate
In BBIS, access page with event registration form
Register with constituent information that will not auto-match to an existing record
In CRM, download and open the batch for editing.
Click the Search button to look up a constituent.
Note that the search box only populates the constituent name. In 2.94, client reports address values populated in this box as well
Click "Configure Integration" task and select the Auto-Match tab
Put checkmarks on First Name, Last name, City, Address, and State.
Repeat step 4 and note that City now populates in the search field, but Address and State do not
