When working in batch and adding recognition credit types, choosing contact methods on a constituent interaction, choosing relationship types, or selecting alternative ID code tables values that are not associated with the site the current user is a member of are appearing. This behavior is not always reproducible and is resolved by just closing the form and starting over. One confirmed contributing factor is multiple active sessions for the same user, (i.e., working in multiple browsers or browser tab instances) This happens periodically for users of multiple sites and no security changes are audited during the time of the events.
Download and install the latest service pack, which contains all fixes from previous service packs. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the service pack.

Steps for Recognition in Batch 1. Log in with user 2. Create a new batch 3. Add many standard donations to the batch choosing whatever details you'd like 4. Access the recognition button 5. Add recognition entries for any other constituent 6. When typing into the recognition type field, the drop-down displays values which are not associated with this user
Steps for Adding Interactions: 1. Run as a site user 2. Go to a constituent record 3. Select Documentation and Interactions tab 4. Select Interactions subtab 5. Add 6. Select drop down arrow on Contact Method field 7. Observe the list randomly changes to a list for a another site
