1. From the Group Sales reservation, click on Go to documentation (under Tasks). 
  2. Click Add, then Note. 
  3. Choose the note type from the drop-down menu and add in the note text.
    1. If you need to add a new Type- Go to administration
    2. Click code tables
    3. Select ticketing in the drop down and click apply
    4. Click the hyperlink for Reservation note type
    5. Click add
    6. name and save your note type
  4. Click Save. 
  5. Click the chevron button to the left of the note to expand it, then click Notification.
  6. Set an end date for the notification, if desired. Make sure to check Display in notification window so that the note pops up when the reservation is open.
  7. Click Save.
