There are errors in the old version of Queue Problem Management that continue to come back after rebuilding. How can I have these updates successfully sync?
This old version of the QPM is no longer supported. Over time new functionality has been added to the RELO integration e.g. full support for the syncing of TeamRaiser and Calendar event information. As this functionality has expanded the old version of QPM area not been updated to be able to handle the flow of this information. In the future our developers will be removing the old version of QPM all together. Currently, we would only want to reference the errors in the modern QPM section, as the ones in the old version of QPM could be invalid. If you have rebuilt all errors in the current version of QPM and still see remaining errors in the old version of QPM, you can delete the remaining errors in the old version of QPM.
