Revenue Update batch times out for non-admin users

When searching for a constituent in the revenue field using the constituent lookup ID the search times out for all non-admin users despite having permission to the batch type, batch template and having no deny permissions on the system role.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open a revenue update batch as a non-admin user

2. In the revenue field search using the constituent lookup ID

3. See time out occur
