This occurs when a contact type has been changed in The Education Edge, but has not been changed on the online admissions form in NetCommunity.

Going forward, we will need to decide what we want the contact type to say in the The Education Edge table and the online admission forms in NetCommunity. If we want it to be the new value and we do not want to add the former contact type back to the table in The Education Edge, then we will need to change the values on the application form in NetCommunity. We will need to cut the contact type field off of the form in NetCommunity, and re-add the contact type field back as an option on the form to see the updated contact types from the table in The Education Edge.

If the value was deleted by accident:
The contact type can be added back to the phone type table in The Education Edge. This will allow the application form to be processed.

To process the form with the new value type:
  1. Go to the contact type on the application form in the plugin. Click the drop down box for the contact type to change it to the appropriate type that is now in The Education Edge. This will allow the application form to be processed.
**NOTE: If the contact type is shared, the box may not be able to be changed. Therefore, we will have to add the contact type back to the contact type table.
