This error is found in Queue Problem Management under the Contacts: Online > CRM queue. This error is received when the receiving version of record is greater than authoritative version happens when a message is being sent from the Online system to CRM and the Online message has a Revision ID that is greater than the Revision ID in LCRM. To resolve the error the Revision ID must be brought back into sync.The error log message will look similar to this:
