Error: Data could not be saved. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding - when trying to undo the last schedule in a program

When trying to delete the last schedule in a program you may encounter the Error:
Data could not be saved. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

This may be because you have too many events scheduled for the undo process to complete.
We would not be able to delete all of the events at once. We can follow the steps below to accomplish this should you need to delete multiple events:
  1. From Tickets, Click Program Search
  2. Search and Select the program
  3. Navigate to the Event List tab, Mark the box to the left of Name to select all events on the page, click Delete
  4. Repeat this until all event have been deleted. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Search the program 
  2. Select the undo last schedule on the left under tasks
  3. See that the event loads for awhile, and then the following error appears:
       Data could not be saved. 
       Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
