When accessing Online Express and clicking on the Email Marketing tab, users may experience the error: Operation has timed out, or users may find that Recently sent messages and Average email performance fail to load. Users may also find that Online Express generally takes a long time to load.
This has been resolved with the 2/12/16 release of Online Express
