Online Express Does Not Install Successfully

When performing install steps for Online Express on a workstation, all of the files do not install properly resulting in Online Express not being present on the left side toolbar after logging in with Supervisor rights on the affected workstation.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Access the following link to start the Online Express install process
https://bbox.blackbaudhosting.com/webforms/service/bbox-plugin
2.  Click the button for Install Online Express for The Raiser's Edge
3.  Click Run when the security warning box appears.
4.  Wait a few minutes for the installer to download the Online Express plug-in
5.  Once it is complete login to Raiser's Edge as the Supervisor or with supervisor rights and see that Online Express is not present on the left side toolbar.
