NCOA not attempting to Run

When selecting the option of "Standardize only addresses updated by AddressFinder", when scheduling the NCOA AddressFinder, the process will not attempt to run.  On the scheduling page that appears after submitting the AddressFinder to run, you will see "???label.dataServices.uspsFormatting.changed???" next to the USPS formatting section.
Cancel current NCOA and attempt to run process again. 

To cancel current NCOA:
  1. Click Management 
  2. Click AddressFinder (NCOA)
  3. Click Cancel
  4. Click Yes on Notification window
Follow steps above to reschedule process. 

If second attempt results in same error, please contact support and provide the Article ID for reference to your issue.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Management
  2. Click AddressFinder (NCOA)
  3. Select Standardize only addresses updated by AddressFinder
  4. Click Schedule
