When adding or editing a phone number on a client's record and selecting the option to Copy phone number to household members, the number is not copying over.
If editing an existing number, this number will only copy to household members who previously had this number copied to their records. This number will not update on any new records that have since been added to the household. To ensure that the new number is copied to all household members, we can add a new phone number rather than updating an existing number.
Steps to Duplicate
From constituent record, click pencil next to phone number
Edit phone number and mark Copy phone number to household members option.
Go to household member record and see that new phone number has not copied over.
