Records added in previous versions of Chrome may experience this issue. We're unable to duplicate this in the current version of Chrome and Blackbaud CRM. These records can be opened in Internet Explorer without error.
Steps to Duplicate1. Navigate to constituent record in Chrome
2. Click on Documentation tab
3. Click on chevron to see attached file name
4. Left click on file name to attempt to download file.
5. No error message appears. The browser's refresh button quickly changes to an "x" to show page is refreshing.
