When an adjustment to a benefit amount is made it does not write to the adjustment table

When an adjustment to a posted benefit amount is made it does not write to the adjustment table.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

 
1. Add a payment of $50 to a constituent record which includes a benefit of $10.
2. Post the payment to GL.
3. Return to payment, click on Benefits tab.
4 .Edit posted benefits, adjust previous benefit to $5.
5. Rerun the post to GL process.
6. Return to payment, click Adjustment History tab.
7. View report, notice no information populated.
