Prospect plan interactions are not merged successfully when merging two constituents

Prospects can have interactions included on their Prospect Plan steps.  These interactions can be found on the Interactions tab of Constituent records.  After merging two constituents, you may notice that the Prospect Plan step interactions are not merged successfully to the Interactions tab of the target record.  
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Log-in.
2.  Go to Constituents and add two Individuals (for this example we will call them Constituent A and Constituent B)
3.  Go to Prospects and Add a major giving prospect.  
Constituent - Constituent A
Plan Name - anything
Plan Type - Major Giving
Start Date - today
4.  Save.
5. On the Plans tab, go to their Prospect Plan. 
6. Under Planned and pending steps on the Details tab, click Add step. 
Objective - Any
Stage - Identification
Status - Pending
Expected date - Today
Contact Method - Mail
7.  Save.  
8.  Go to Constituent A's constituent record.  
9.  On the Documentation and Interactions tab under Interactions, notice that you will see your Interaction added from saving your Prospect step in step 6 above. 
10.  Go to Constituents, Duplicates, Constituent Merge, Merge Configuration and Add a merge configuration that has all tasks checked.  Save.
11.  Go to Constituents, Duplicates, and click Merge two constituents.  
Source Constituent:  Constituent A
Target Constituent:  Constituent B
Merge Configuration - merge configuration from step 10.
Mark to Delete or make source record inactive.
12. Click Merge.
13.  On the Documentation and Interactions tab under Interactions, notice that the Interaction was not merged over to the newly created record.  The step still exists on the prospect plan however the Interaction does not.
