My Deposit Summary reports are taking a long time to load

When running the Deposit Summary Reports (Cash Deposit and Check Report), users may notice that they take a long time to load. 
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please Chat with Support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Financials > Review deposits > View report (under Recent Status)
  2. Click on Cash Deposit > View report. 
  3. Click on Check Report > View report. 
  4. Both reports take a long time to run.
