I noticed some emails have 0 bounces during this timeframe. Is there a way to recover?
Bounce processing was temporarily disabled during upgrades to 16.1. The bounce data was retained, but just not visible in the Admin interface. You can select to "Update the Statistics for this Delivery" under related actions on the delivery page and the bounce data should now populate. If bounce data still does not populate for a target audience that typically generates bounces then contact support for further investigation.
