Revenue summary and recognition summary totals do not refresh with filters applied

When applying date filters to the revenue summary tab or recognition summary totals the boxes do not refresh any results they only display all revenue on the constituent record. 
We are currently evaluating this issue

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Browse to constituent record
2.  Click on revenue summary or recognition summary
3.  Apply date range filters
4.  Notice that recognition summary/recognition by year/revenue summary/revenue by year do not update to selected filters
