If you don't find an appropriate task that would have updated the group/constituents, it could be a few other possibilities.
- Integration with another system (i.e., Luminate CRM, Raisers Edge, etc.)
- Custom data sync
- A bulk group member update
- This occurs when an admin (Blackbaud or your Org) is on a Group Member List page, and they click 'Select Action'. From there, certain actions can be taken to bulk update all group members overnight.
