The most common tasks that update constituent records are the tasks that are set up by Blackbaud or your organization's administrators to run overnight. 
Many of these processes can be found under Data Management > Tasks.

If you don't find an appropriate task that would have updated the group/constituents, it could be a few other possibilities.
  • Integration with another system (i.e., Luminate CRM, Raisers Edge, etc.)
  • Custom data sync
  • A bulk group member update
    • This occurs when an admin (Blackbaud or your Org) is on a Group Member List page, and they click 'Select Action'. From there, certain actions can be taken to bulk update all group members overnight.
