1. Go to Enrollment Manager > People Finder.
  2. Look up and enter the student's record.
  3. Select the Contracts tab.
  4. Select +Add New and fill in the appropriate fields.
  5. Enter a Publish Date (and Expire Date if needed).
  6. Go to Enrollment Management > Enrollment > Contracts.
  7. Edit the Contract.
  8. Generate the contract for the student.
Note: The individual Publish/Expire Date overrides the global Inactive setting on the Contract. The parents will still be able to access the contract.
