Total Active Membership Box Displaying Incorrect Information

You may notice that the total active membership box in you membership program is not showing the correct number of total active memberships once you click the hyperlink of active memberships.
This issue has been resolved. This issue was caused by membership expiration dates being blank for annual memberships, when an expiration date is required.

If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open the affected Membership Program
  2. Select the hyperlink in the active membership box that says there are X Active Memberships
  3. See that the list is only populated by Y Active Memberships
