The root cause of this issue is that although the pledge gift has a solicitor assigned to it, the following installments for that pledge do not have a solicitor. We can resolve this issue by adding a solicitor to the installment gifts, and synchronizing the associated Fundraiser part.
  1. Log in to Raiser's Edge.
  2. Open the Constituent record of the donor that does not display.
  3. Click on the Gifts tab.
  4. We should see the Pledge gift listed, with installments following the gift.
  5. Double-click on the installment gifts.
  6. Add a Solicitor to the gift.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Log in to NetCommunity.
  9. Edit the Fundraiser part that is being used.
  10. Click Synchronize Now.
  11. Click Save.
The donor should now display on the Scroller part on the solicitor's page.

If the donor does not display:
  • Double-check to make sure that there is a solicitor on the Pledge gift, and the installment gifts
  • Confirm pledge gifts are enabled for the part:
    1. Edit the donor scrolling wall part
    2. Scroll to Gift types and labels
    3. Confirm Include pledges is marked. If it is not marked, mark it, then click Save
