When dropping a student from a class, users may receive the error: General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'EA7COURSEGRADINGINFOGRADESID', table '[database].dbo.EA7STUDENTGRADEBOOKGRADE'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. Native error:515 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated. Native error:3621
 

If No Course Grading Information Exists
1.) Create Grading Information for the Academic Year in Question


OR

If Grading Information exists within Enter Grades By Student

  1. Remove grading information through Enter Grades by Student
  2. Attempt to drop the student from the course
