To View Reconcile Fees for Contracts navigate to:
  1. onBoard
  2. Approval
  3. Reconcile Fees
Note: If you do not see a filter on the right hand side that says Contracts, Applications, and All, this is because you are a Admissions Staff Member and do not have the correct Role to access the information for Contracts.
To add this function you will need to Clone a Role from the ReEnrollment Manager Role.

Navigate to:
  1. Core
  2. Users/Access
  3. Profile
  4. Click Manage Roles, then select Add in the upper-right side of the page.
  5. Give the clone role a name and then select the radio button next to the ReEnrollment Manager role to make a clone of this role
  6. Click Next
  7. Click Tasks 
  8. Select the box next to the word Desktop
  9. Click Next
  10. Search for users using the filter options. Once the user is found, click the blue-link arrows to move the user into the Added Users section. 
  11. Click Save & Exit
  12. Click into the new role you just created 
  13. Click Tasks
  14. Click Edit
  15. Select the Checkboxes next to Candidate Profile: Desktop and App and Reconcile Fees: App
  16. Click Save & Exit
Note: In order for the changes to be in effect you must log out and back in
