Note: If you do not see a filter on the right hand side that says Contracts, Applications, and All, this is because you are a Admissions Staff Member and do not have the correct Role to access the information for Contracts.
To add this function you will need to Clone a Role from the ReEnrollment Manager Role.Navigate to:
- Core
- Users/Access
- Profile
- Click Manage Roles, then select Add in the upper-right side of the page.
- Give the clone role a name and then select the radio button next to the ReEnrollment Manager role to make a clone of this role
- Click Next
- Click Tasks
- Select the box next to the word Desktop
- Click Next
- Search for users using the filter options. Once the user is found, click the blue-link arrows to move the user into the Added Users section.
- Click Save & Exit
- Click into the new role you just created
- Click Tasks
- Click Edit
- Select the Checkboxes next to Candidate Profile: Desktop and App and Reconcile Fees: App
- Click Save & Exit
