Blank error appears when running On Demand queues on several workstations

When running scheduled queues on select workstations, users may receive a blank error or an exclamation mark within a yellow triangle.

The error that may appears is: Blank Queue Error

There is no message with the error and does not occur on every workstation.
1. Run a repair on Microsoft Visual Basic on each workstation affected
2. Run an update/repair on the Raiser's Edge for the workstation

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Admin> Queue
2. Open or create a queue to be run On Demand
3. Go to File> Schedule queue and click Run Queue Now
4. Error may occur
