Queue fails at the same time every night for unknown reason

Processes can be scheduled to run automatically in a queue, and this is often done after normal business hours to free up resources during peak business times.  This scheduled queue is failing every night at the same time, but works fine when run manually at a different time.
For Blackbaud hosted clients, Hosting sets up a regular schedule to recycle the application pools.  This is normally done late at night.  If any scheduled job fails consistently at the same time, this may be the cause and is a good troubleshooting step.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a queue (Administration>Queue)
2. Set up a schedule on the Job Schedules tab
3. Mark the Enabled check box and Save
