Arithmetic Overflow Runtime error when attempting to sponsor a child

When attempting to sponsor a child using the out of box sponsorship form an arithmetic overflow runtime error is thrown.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
1. Create a new page using "blank template for testing"
2. Create a new Sponsorship Form part
3. Create a new page using "blank template for testing"
4. Create a new Sponsorship search part using "Test BBIS query" for the opportunity query and first name as an available field.
5. Set the Sponsorship Form page to the previously created Sponsorship Form page.
6. Navigate to the Sponsorship Search page and search for a child.
7. Click to sponsor a child.
8. After specifying the amount of frequency press next.
9. Note the runtime error
