Last Entry Date on Find Account Screen Not the Same As Journal Entry Date of Most Recent Enry

When searching for an account and viewing the Find Account results, the Last Entry Date displayed does not match the date of the actual most recent journal entry.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.


This issue was resolved in the 7.20 release.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into eTapestry
2. Click Accounts
3. Click Find an Account
4. Search for a constituent account
5. View the Last Entry Date in the Find Account screen
6. Click the Last Entry Date listed and see it is not the same as listed in the Find Account screen
