When a contract is generated and changes are made within the contract tab of the candidate record, the following items will change in the printed version of the contract, however when the contract is regenerated, these changes do not save and they are lost:
  • Tuition:
  • Deposit Amount Due
  • Fees
The fields that can be updated and will save to the candidate record when the contract is regenerated are:
  • Tuition Insurance checkbox
  • Applying for Financial Aid checkbox
  • Contract Due Date
  • Reminder Days selection
  • Amount Due
  • Amount Paid
  • Deposit Received Date
  • Deposit Received Amount
  • Special Contract Text
