VCO validation is missing accounts that show up in the Account View

When using Account Attributes as the advanced filter when selecting a range of accounts, the accounts are not pulling in for validation but they do show up in the Account View.

Make sure all accounts in the range have been assigned an attribute when using the account attribute advanced filter. 
Otherwise, choose 'Selected' accounts instead of a 'Range' of accounts when selecting the accounts within the filter.
