Batch drops benefit when changing constituent with an open pledge

When changing the constituent in a batch that contains a benefit, the benefit is no longer there when the new constituent has a pledge with a balance.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Run the Import Process in Administration 
  2. Select Revenue, Batch Entry
  3. Open the Batch
  4. Select the benefits for one row-see they exist
  5. Change the constituent on the row to one with an open pledge
  6. Select No to the Message to Clear the Marketing Effort, Appeal, and Source Code
  7. See the benefit is gone
