The money in TeamRaiser flows through the Merchant Account that is connected to the donation form associated with the event. To see which campaign and form your TeamRaiser is using, follow the steps below.
  1. Go to Fundraising > select TeamRaiser
  2. Find your TeamRaiser and click Edit
  3. Go to step 2. Select Fundraising Options
  4. Look under option 1. Donation Form
The campaign and donation form names are separated by a dash. The name on the left is the campaign and the name on the right is the donation form. Notate the name of the campaign.
  1. Go to Fundraising > select Donation Management
  2. Search for your campaign and click Edit
  3. Go to step 2. Choose Financial Options
  4. Under option 1. Merchant Account is where your merchant account (bank) can be changed
