Review transaction details Window is blank in Profile Update batch

When users open particular BBIS Profile Update batches and click review transaction details, the transaction details are blank as there is nothing in the grid.  

We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Web>Manage Web Transactions
  2. Find the affected batch
  3. Edit the batch 
  4. Click on Review Transaction Details 
  5. Notice the grid contains no transaction details
