This happens when there is an extra blank space in the Nickname field of the student/candidate profile.

You can remove the extra blank space from the student/candidate name using the following steps:

1. Navigate to Core > Users/Access > Profile > Edit User Profile Data.
2. Search for the user.
3. Click on the user's name to edit their profile.
4. Click Edit next to Personal Information.
5. Delete any empty spaces in the Nickname field.
6. Click Save & Exit.
