An advanced setting controls who can see team contact information from the Participant Center.
  1. Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
  2. Search for the TeamRaiser and select edit next to the event.
  3. Click Select Event Options.
  4. From related actions, select edit Advanced Options.
  5. Select Step C. Define Misc Options.
  6. For option #1, you can select:
  • "Yes" to make it available to all members of a team
  • "Captains" if you want team mates to only be available to Captains
  • "No" if you do not want them to appear for any member of the team
Note: Changes to this setting will take effect immediately and will add or remove contacts from the Participant Center, no cleanup is necessary.
