I'm seeing conflicting information between the contactability index page and the Delivery Status popup within the action alert. It says a target is available via email/webform, but they show as having 100% failure.
The contactability index page will show whether a target has a certain method of communication available from their website. For example, if they post their email address and have a webform in their site, then they will show on this index page as being reachable via that method. It doesn't necessarily mean that our submissions will reach them. There are a few different reasons why action alerts from our site might not reach them. In some cases, it could be because they do not allow automatic form submissions from other sites, such as ours. It could be that their mailbox is full, or perhaps the quantity of incoming emails triggered a firewall block. All of these reasons occur frequently with many targets and is not within Blackbaud's control.
