When you have a giving form out on the public site and users are receiving an error that their information cannot be processed at this time, it may be due to the form missing information required to process Credit Card Payments. To process payments you will need at minimum to include the First and Last Name of the User, Their Email, Daytime Phone Number, Address Line 1, City, State, Zip, and Country under Donor Details.
If you are getting failures for Donors, make sure you check under:
Select Form that is Failing and Check Show Failed
Click on on of the failed transactions
There is an error reason that says Bill To Address is required
This is an easy way to find out if you forgot to include something in the creation of the form that is needed to process it.
