When Uploading Documents to the Media Tab, they are blank.

When using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2015.010.20059 users may experience an issue where they are unable to open PDFs they had uploaded to a record's media tab. 
However, there is a workaround that will allow PDFs to display and open correctly.

1. Go to Records > Students Records.
2. Open a Student Record.
3. Go to the Media tab.
4. Click add media.
5. Mark Create New.
6. Select Object Type > Adobe Acrobat Document.
7. Mark Display as Icon (Same thing happens even when this is not marked).
8. Click OK.
9. Find a PDF document to upload.
10. Give the document a type. 
11. In the background, the PDF that you selected should have opened. Close the PDF.
12. In the media window in Education Edge, double-click the PDF icon. Notice that the document re-opened in Adobe.
13. Close the document.
14. Save and close the media in Education Edge.
15. Open the newly added media, and notice that the PDF icon displays and functions correctly.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Records > Students Records.
2. Open a Student Record.
3. Go to the Media tab.
4. Click add media.
5. Mark Create New.
6. Select Object Type > Adobe Acrobat Document.
7. Mark Display as Icon (Same thing happens even when this is not marked).
8. Click OK.
9. Find a PDF document to upload.
10. Give the document a type. 
11. Save and Close.
12. Open the media.
13. Notice the icon is now missing.
