Revenue amounts in Corporate Structure do not match Employee Giving Report

When running the Corporate Structure report and the Employee Information Individual Summary report, the Giving Totals for Employees are showing different amounts, but should be the same amount between both reports.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Access an Organization record
  2. Under More Information task pain, click Corporate information
  3. Note the Employee Giving Amount
  4. Click Go to, select Employee Information and click the Individual Summary radio button
  5. Note: Make sure All Dates are showing and all available Organizations are selected
  6. Click Refresh if needed
  7. Note the Total Giving Amount, which is different from the Employee Giving Amount in the Corporate Structure report
