When importing existing constituents into a constituent update batch with addresses of the same type and address the error occurs when it is expected that CRM would ignore these duplicate addresses. The error occurs when using a file mapping template or without one as well.
Download and install the latest service pack, which contains all fixes from previous service packs. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the service pack.

1.Go to Administration\Import 2.Find import process to use or create a new one 3.Select edit 4. Select Import Source Local File and select the csv file, click next 5. Map Constituent type, Alternate lookup IDs-(Alternate lookup ID type code ID 1, and Alternate lookup ID 1), Last name, map address fields for addresses. (Address type 1, Country 1, Address 1, City 1, State 1, Zip 1, and Address Primary 1; same thing for 2nd address) 6.Start Import Process 7.Open the batch that gets created 8. See error message, The address you entered already exists for this Constituent.
