Users may find that, on a constituent record with multiple phone numbers, the 'Date Last Changed' field will update to the current date for all phone numbers. This occurs when one phone number is updated or deleted.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Note: This issue persists when using the Mark Phones Primary Plugin and selecting only one phone type. In this case, all phone types have the Date Last Changed updated to the current date.
Steps to Duplicate
In the Raiser's Edge, select Record.
Open the Constituent Record.
On the Bio 1 tab, edit or delete one of the phone numbers listed.
Save the record. Note that the Date Last Changed for all phones has updated to the current date.
