Error: You do not have rights to execute this task. Run the admintask.exe from The Raiser's Edge install location to execute this task when installing Queue service

While attempting to Install the Raiser's Edge queue serivce on Windows 7 or newer machines, you may experience the following message:
 
You do not have rights to execute this task. Run the admin task.exe from The Raiser's Edge install location to execute this task
This is due to the User Account Control (UAC) settings redirecting file system and registry write attempts to the workstation.  In order to install the queue service you need to be running in what is referred to as 'elevated permission'.

To resolve this issue:
  1. Right click on Raiser's Edge icon and select 'run as administrator'
  2. Install the Queue Service and configure scheduled Queues
