Error: no valid recipient- when viewing undelivered email

When reviewing undelivered email in Administration> Undelivered Email you may see the status of "No Valid Recipients" or an error message: "The ISP reported this email address as invalid on X/XX/XXXX. Please enter a valid address."
  1. In Administration select Email Services page under Configuration.
  2. Select the Blacklisted Email Addresses tab. It will show the list of email addresses that are currently in the local blacklist, while the Currently blacklisted column specifies if they are being actively blocked or not.
  3. To remove an email address, select it and chose Toggle blacklisted status from the actions.
